SIGMA Registration Cancellation and Hotel Block Policy

Registration Cancellation

SIGMA has modified its registration cancellation policy to align more closely to when SIGMA incurs costs associated with changing registrations. The updated policy for the 2019 Annual Conference is
 as follows:
Requests for cancellation received before Sept 20, 2019 will receive a full refund (previously July 31, 2019)
Requests for cancellation between Sept 20, 2019 and October 10, 2019 will receive a 50% refund (previously Sept 14, 2019)
Refunds will not be issued after Oct 11, 2019 (previously Sept 14, 2019)

SIGMA Hotel Block Policy

The SIGMA block at the Austin Fairmont hotel is for the exclusive use of registered attendees to the SIGMA 2019 Annual Conference. Rooms reserved without a corresponding conference registration may be removed from the discounted SIGMA block and reassigned at the hotel at a potentially higher room rate.

SIGMA encourages all participants to register for the meeting. By paying the conference registration fee and reserving a room in the SIGMA block, you are helping to support SIGMA not only in 2019, but also for future events.
